Acceptance of Terms

By visiting or using the services of DR CAREX DIAGNOSTICS & POLYCLINIC, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services or website.

Services Provided

DR CAREX DIAGNOSTICS & POLYCLINIC provides the following healthcare services:

• Diagnostic laboratory testing and pathology services.
• General OPD medical consultation.
• Ultrasound and imaging diagnostic services.
• Home sample collection services.

Appointments and Bookings

• Appointments can be booked via WhatsApp, phone, or walk-in during operating hours.
• The Clinic reserves the right to reschedule appointments in exceptional circumstances with prior notice.
• Patients are requested to arrive 10–15 minutes before their scheduled appointment time.
• Appointment cancellations should be communicated as early as possible via WhatsApp or phone.

Diagnostic Reports

• Reports are issued based on the samples submitted and tests requested.
• Turnaround times for reports are estimates and may vary depending on test complexity.
• The Clinic is not liable for delays caused by external reagent or equipment issues beyond our control.
• Patients are advised to consult a qualified doctor to interpret their reports. Reports are not a substitute for medical advice.
• Digital reports are provided as a convenience. The physical report at the clinic remains the official document.

Home Sample Collection

• Home sample collection services are subject to availability and coverage area.
• Collection timings may vary depending on phlebotomist availability and route scheduling.
• Patients must follow pre-test preparation instructions provided at the time of booking for accurate results.
• The Clinic is not responsible for inaccurate results due to failure to follow preparation guidelines.

Payment Policy

• Payment is due at the time of service or sample collection.
• Accepted payment modes: Cash, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), debit and credit cards.
• Pricing is subject to change without prior notice. Quoted prices at the time of booking will be honored.
• No refund is issued once samples have been collected or tests have been initiated, except in the event of a Clinic error.

Limitation of Liability

The Clinic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided. The information on this website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
